Mindfulness coaching uniquely pairs coaching with mental fitness training from meditation practice. Training the mind alongside coaching allows goals to deepen and evolve to levels far beyond what is viewed possible at the start.

We’ll guide you in specific meditation practices that meet your individual needs and outcomes. You’ll strengthen habits of mind that support you, target outcomes in real life that stick, and gain an inner coach that continues with you long after the coaching engagement is finished.
