Sasha is the founder of Mountain Mind Project and is a qualified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction teacher as defined by the UC San Diego School of Medicine Mindfulness-Based Professional Training Institute, a faculty member of the Daniel Goleman Emotional Intelligence Coaching Certification and a trained mPEAK coach. She has facilitated group process and mindfulness training in the areas of leadership development, healthcare, education, and sports mental fitness. A Fulbright Fellow to Vietnam, she taught leadership communication courses at the U.S. Embassy in Hanoi and as an adjunct university instructor.

Sasha considers her background as a competitive athlete to be her "doorway" into her own mind training. She has competed internationally on the Enduro World Series, Freeride World Tour and Alpine Ski Racing NORAM circuit.

Sasha’s work stands on the shoulders of giants. She acknowledges with deep gratitude the guidance of her mentors: Susan Woods and Ferris Buck Urbanowski, and the teachings provided by: Chokyi Nyima Rinpoche, Anam Thubten, John Travis and Joseph Goldstein.
